Terms & Conditions – Photography Subscription

By signing up to this subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Subscription Payments

    • Payments are made via direct debit on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis (as agreed at sign-up).

    • Funds accumulate as credit toward future photography sessions with Rhianon Backman Photography/Photos By Rhi.

  2. Final Balance Requirement

    • If the total amount accumulated through your subscription does not cover the full cost of your chosen session(s) at the time of booking, an upfront payment will be required to pay the remaining balance in full before your session date.

  3. Non-Refundable Payments

    • All monies paid into your subscription are non-refundable.

    • Payments can be transferred to another person (family or friends) or used toward a different photography package.

  4. Credit Usage & Expiry

    • Accumulated credit can be used for larger sessions or upgraded packages.

    • Credit does not expire as long as your subscription remains active. If the subscription is cancelled, any remaining credit must be used within 6 Months from the cancellation date.

  5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    • Standard rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to all booked sessions.

    • Credit cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

  6. Price Changes

    • Session pricing is subject to change. Your accumulated credit will be applied toward the current pricing at the time of booking.

    • Securing a date & booking your session can be done at any stage to secure your chosen package.
